feat: add information to admin action lists, standardize styles

Increase information density of information-and-action-lists, and think about a usable and reusable css for this purpose

• Adds IDs to the user list (critical for debugging) and makes them action lists instead of disclosures
• Tracks session creation times and reports them
• Uses ellipses to just show first part of long UUIDs and keep overall presentation compact.
