fix(sistent): remove empty bullet markers from Table of Contents - #8346
Notes for Reviewers
The sidebar builds its list from all the published MDX files in the sistent collection. Some of them don't have a name or component field filled in, so they were showing up as empty bullets after Tooltip. I added a filter so only entries with both fields get listed.
Not sure if filtering it this way is the right approach, or if those MDX files should just be fixed - happy to change it.
The change removes the empty sidebar entries caused by missing metadata. Whitespace-only names remain a pre-existing edge case, but no merge-blocking regression is established.

Full details: Title check
Explanation
The title names the actual change: empty bullet markers in the Sistent Table of Contents are removed. The raw summary says the Sistent navigation now excludes GraphQL nodes that lack a frontmatter name or component value. The linked objectives (issue #8320) describe the same empty bullets after Tooltip. The title is specific and matches the changeset. It uses the conventional commit prefix and is one sentence. The title does not mention the filtering mechanism, but that detail is not required.
Full details: Linked Issues check
Explanation
[#8320] requires that the Components list in the Sistent Table of Contents end after the Tooltip entry, with no empty list markers. The diff changes only src/components/SistentNavigation/index.js. It adds .filter((node) => node.frontmatter.name && node.frontmatter.component) before the existing .map() that builds sortedComponentArray. The Components list renders one <li> per entry in this array. An entry with an empty name or component renders as an empty link and shows as an empty bullet. The filter removes those entries before rendering, so the empty bullets no longer render. The issue reports the empty bullets after Tooltip, which fits the GraphQL query's name ASC sort placing entries with missing names last. The fix does not edit the MDX files. The PR notes that this is a design choice and that the MDX files could be fixed instead. The issue does not require either approach. No automated test is required by the issue, and none is added. This is a UI behavior change that the diff alone does not verify at runtime. The conclusion rests on code reading and the issue's reproduction steps, not on a rendered build.
Full details: Out of Scope Changes check
Explanation
The whole-PR diff against the merge base changes one component file. The functional change is the added name and component filter in the Sistent TOC query mapping. This filter directly addresses the empty-bullet behavior in #8320. The other hunk only adds a trailing newline at end of file, which is a formatting change within the same file and does not change behavior. No unrelated files, features, or refactors are present. The filter indentation is inconsistent with the surrounding code style. This is a cosmetic point and does not make the change out of scope.

Explanation
No eligible functions found in the changed files. Skipping docstring coverage check. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 0 functions across 1 files.

Nice fix, this matches issue #8320 exactly: the empty bullets come from MDX entries missing a name or component, and filtering them out of the TOC list is the right call here. Fixing the underlying MDX files is a separate data cleanup worth its own follow-up, but this guard keeps the sidebar clean regardless. Build is still running, will merge once it is green.
