Shared contributor guidance and issue templates based on Roslyn Workbench's established community pattern.
GitHub uses supported community files as defaults for repositories without their own corresponding files. A repository with its own issue templates or issue-template configuration overrides the entire shared issue-template set. Shared guidance does not enable Discussions, private vulnerability reporting or labels automatically.
Project-specific contribution availability, licences, build instructions and security boundaries remain defined by each project. The organisation profile is in profile/README.md.
