Decisive token and block-chrome contract for the per-block-family redesign tasks: type ramp, motion scale + application table, radius roles, a single placeholder alpha, callout/code colour tokens, z-index rules, editor vs data palette boundary, formula-driven gutter geometry, KitFrame adoption and motion/colour/z lint guards. Problem
Four styling regimes and token drift: motion tokens reached 2 of ~45 transition sites, 80 literal radii, three placeholder alphas, untokenised callout/code colours, the meeting block had no CSS at all. Board: OB DSX-1 (Epic DSX; implements the merged manifest #384). Merge order: this PR before DSX-7 (#next) — that branch stacks on it.
Solution
Tokens per the manifest: motion scale (120/180/240ms) through every transition site + Radix primitives (entrance-only Select preserved — nested dismissable layer); 16px/1.5 body + heading scale (owner-approved); role radii incl. 12px dialogs; one placeholder alpha (0.6); callout/code-syntax colour tokens light+dark (≥4.5:1 computed); meeting-block CSS; dead
.block-*/.reactive-blockCSS removed (independently verified unreferenced incl. historic exports); warn-level lint guards (no-arbitrary-motion / no-palette-color / no-raw-z + CSS guards) with measured baselines, radius/z at error (baseline 0); static exports mirror the tokens with equality tests. DSX-P's contrast values ported into the tokens per the review merge-recipe (hexes unchanged).Before / After
