Summary
Prepare the documentation for the new v2 branch, publish it on the /v2 path.
Most of the documentation was migrated to the new APIs, I have created new diagrams and also updated the README to match the older version.
I have created flowcharts for the konnector controllers, similarly as we did for previous ones.
