The plugin must install directly from its repository ZIP and publish Joomla tag-based updates without local package builders.
This PR removes repository-local packaging and update-asset publication. The manual next-version workflow freezes both changelogs, updates the manifest, creates the tag and adds its archive URL to the native Joomla feed. It uses octoleo/git-user once and then octoleo/octoshoom directly. OctoShoom inherits the Git setup and owns checksum generation/publication. The plugin does not run OctoJPack; the component's external packaging process includes its latest tag.
The simplification removes custom SSH setup, dynamic action checkouts, configuration-variable plumbing, duplicate hash verification and generic release-helper support. Local code only edits plugin version, changelogs and update entries. README, AGENTS.md and both changelogs document the source-installation and release conventions.
The latest correction removes 277 net lines from the previous PR revision. Validation passed: workflow actionlint, PHP syntax, 13 isolated metadata checks and source manifest/language/completeness checks. No production release was run.
