Dynamic command example fails

The dependency example now pairs usage-rs 7 with usage-dynamic 6. These pull different major versions of usage-argv, so users who copy the example cannot compile Catalog::builder(Ex::app()): the two crates use different SpecView types. Change usage-dynamic to "7" too.
