Compilation of execCmd.cpp on Ubuntu 22.04 when building in release mode takes a really really really really really really long time #247

Description

@SwooshyCueb

When building in release mode, the compiler takes a really really really really really really long time when compiling execCmd.cpp on Ubuntu 22.04. I don't know what it's getting caught on. This is not an issue on Ubuntu 24.04, or in debug mode.

    May be a matter of finding the right compiler optimization to tweak down?
