can you make the migrate command to remove the file and the entry from the Info.plist?
it has been updated to not add those anymore if not present, but they should be removed if present.

Description
Now that Capacitor for iOS is distributed via a source package and not a binary xcframework, we no longer need the
CAPACITOR_DEBUGworkarounds for enabling WebView debugging that was added in previous versions.Change Type
