Convert admin_assignee_id and team_assignee_id from string to integer in the Preview API spec to align the Ticket API with the Conversation API, which already returns these fields as integers. Mirrors intercom/developer-docs#849 (backend: intercom/intercom#497865). Affected endpoints: POST /tickets, PUT /tickets/{id}, POST /tickets/search. Stable versions (2.7–2.15) are not affected.
