- Upgrade Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk to 18.10.1 - Update xunit.runner.visualstudio to 4.0.0 - Add Microsoft.Testing.Platform package for modern test runner - Update xunit.v3 from 3.2.2 to 4.0.0 - Configure PropertyGroup for .NET 10+ testing compatibility This resolves the VSTest incompatibility with Microsoft.Testing.Platform on .NET 10 SDK
The issue is that even with UseTestingPlatform=true, MSBuild still tries to use the VSTest target which is deprecated. We need to explicitly handle the test execution differently for .NET 10. This adds explicit logger configuration to use the modern testing platform.
