Refs inkseq/h3-studio#1039. A Make a first frame button sits above the frame slots, with the usage bar in its confirm dialog. The picture arrives in the first-frame slot, and Make another replaces it, with earlier pictures staying in the story's files. Hidden unless the server has pictures on. Needs the backend PR on h3-studio first. Waiting for Codex's Tier2 review of that PR, because it touches credit capture.
