Nice Counter Storage

Investigate an alternative method of tallying nice word count. Current use of a variable means we reset whenever the bot is updated or crashes. Perhaps use something like SQLite to keep track?

Just a couple options off the top of my head:

• My first thought is to just use a flat file, since we're only storing one thing.
• My other idea would be to use a NO-SQL DB like Mongo, since this stuff is pretty unstructured and it's not mission critical if our nice count is goofed up
