Several completed runtime fixes and active workflow changes were still outside main. This integration adds Python 3.11 under both
python3andpython, protects fleet supervision from worker cleanup signals, and carries forward the source-permission fix, incremental re-review, and reduced auxiliary model requests.It also includes the active model-alias correction and optional PR backlog audit. The audit defaults off and produces held recommendations without changing assessed PRs.
Validation: all 307 deterministic tests and type checking pass. The production Docker image builds, and both Python command names pass the smoke check as the non-root worker. The isolated container acceptance suite passes, including supervision isolation, process reaping, bounded recovery, durable holds, and controller-crash teardown. The local document-number check passes across 80 LLPs; its GitHub Actions job is still queued. Older branch changes were checked against main and are already represented or superseded.
