content.delete@2 accepts an exact t1_ comment as well as a t3_ post. A comment is deleted only after a pre-read binds its author to the signed-in account and its body to the confirmed text, then verified gone by an independent /api/info readback. Posts one reply through the reviewed create_comment_reply token bound to the exact video and parent comment, then binds parent, authoring channel and body in the response. Not derived from a recorder capture: the recorder does not capture YouTube's comment writes, so evidence is one confirmed live reply on the maintainer's own video.
