Repositions Hgraph as a multi-chain infrastructure company (Ethereum, Hedera, and beyond) and brings the org page in line with where the product is now: EVM indexing, MCP/AI tooling, EtaFinance, and the solutions-as-service motion. Drops dated Hedera-only framing, fixes the broken Twitter link, refreshes section headings, and adds an Ecosystem and Featured Repositories block.
