Profile exports currently discard top-level groups and membership. This change preserves group structure even when only one member is selected, and restores imported groups with fresh IDs without merging same-name groups.

• Reuse the home sidebar's group presentation in Export, replacing the expand arrow with a checkbox supporting full and partial selection. Add a Share entry to group context menus.
• Preserve sidebar order, group name/color/mode, and profile enabled states. Keep pause/resume history local and retain cookie-value redaction and temporary-tab filter removal.
• Extract exchange schemas and conversion helpers into schema/share.ts, with a latest-format definition and legacy v1 import support. Use kind consistently for profile/group blocks.
• Update documentation and cover partial exports, legacy imports, fresh IDs, default resume behavior, and import undo/redo.

Validation passed: lint, typecheck, production build, all 79 unit tests, and 21 E2E tests covering portability and profile/group editing against the production build with headless=new.
