What does this change?

Key Event Bullet Points on Live Layouts now match the colours of the corresponding pillar, whereas before they all were the same colour no matter which pillar the article came under. The colours for dark mode have also been similarly updated as well as the hover colours.

You'll need to add the run_chromatic label to run the visual regression tests in order to merge. That should flag some visual changes (as the palette has been updated) which will need approving.
