add: add Host Discovery IPv6 alive test support for targets

What

Add Host Discovery IPv6 as a supported target alive test in python-gvm and verify it with create/modify target tests.

Why

This is needed so python-gvm can create and modify targets using the new Host Discovery IPv6 alive test supported by openvasd.
