chore: remove deprecated contracts and dead code

This PR deletes the TotalReclawPaymaster and SessionKeyModule contracts along with their interfaces, tests and deploy script. Neither contract was in use: the module was never deployed, and the paymaster's Gnosis and Base Sepolia deployments have had no activity since creation, so both addresses are now recorded under historical in deployed-addresses.json

Thanks, this looks good. One fix before merge: Phase 3 was un-parked on 2026-09-27, so the three places in CLAUDE.md that call TotalReclawAccount "parked" are now stale:

• the on-chain footprint paragraph ("parked by Pedro 2026-09-15")
• the repo-structure line (TotalReclawAccount under account/, parked)
• the "Signing key not decoupled from the vault root" row

Something like "merged via #636, not yet deployed; Phase 3 un-parked 2026-09-27, needs an audit before deploy" works for all three. Then it's good to merge.
