What

I've added a page with the findings from the local government research in Q4.

How to review

  1. Semantic: Do you agree with the changes?
  2. Syntactic: Spelling, grammar, etc.

Who can review

Tagging Iain initially as he is closest to the work and can check I've covered everything important.

3 positions we heard:
* Want to use it now - there are some not ideal things but they don’t matter for some forms
* Might consider using it in future - there are quite a few things we’d need to iron out
* Would not consider using it any time soon - it would be their main platform, which it can’t do currently

How about something like -'they'd want it to be their main platform but it doesn't yet have the functionality to replace existing tools

Great word, but suggest 'Local'

### Learning outcome 2: How much operational work (e.g. support) we might expect to be associated with local government organisations adopting GOV.UK Forms
* Support topics unlikely to change
* Volume hard to predict, but likely to grow somewhat

I'd be tempted to call this out by saying 'We couldn't test this but expect volume to be similar to that from central govt orgs'
