Summary

Guard new Notification() in fireNotification() with try/catch so mobile browsers disallowing page-level notification construction degrade gracefully without failing the poll cycle
Propagate unwrapped fallback-merged pull requests to rebuildHotSets and localStorage, and cache Renovate Dependency Dashboard issue bodies by (nodeId, updatedAt) with a 5-minute failure cooldown and post-await session-clear guard
Filter transient browser fetch disconnects in beforeSendHandler strictly for background polling sources while naming GraphqlFetchTimeoutError explicitly so 20s GraphQL timeouts remain grouped and reported
