Purpose
Draft validation of setup-llgo #51, which shares local and CI installation and preserves existing bundle-only trusted CAs before apt. This follows the local-agent installation requirement in #917 and the CA-regeneration failure addressed by #940.
Both installation paths and AGENTS.md use the exact same candidate commit,
66efbc5bac45a7810acc79717e8bee5ac62f8e77:The coverage command and existing workflow triggers are unchanged. Each job also reports the actual Go/LLVM/LLGo versions and checks GitHub HTTPS/Git after installation. Keep this PR draft while validating the action's head; the extra installer dimension is for this contribution's verification. AGENTS.md now documents the same candidate's standalone installation, prerequisites, activation file, and upstream release installation guide. The old local script is not removed in this validation PR.
Standalone jobs bootstrap with Go 1.24, validating replacement of an older launcher with the real Go 1.27.0 binary.
CI results
All four jobs passed with simplified setup-llgo head
66efbc5bac45a7810acc79717e8bee5ac62f8e77. The setup contribution uses its original source-build command and existing CI, without adding mock, certificate, or HTTPS-server test scripts.These are full job durations, including installation, post-install HTTPS/Git checks and the complete llcppg coverage suite, not installer-only benchmarks.
