Description
Implemented a Smart Appointment & Medical Follow-up Reminder System to help patients maintain regular healthcare routines after their assessments. The feature provides personalized follow-up recommendations based on health risk factors, including appointment scheduling reminders, HbA1c retesting schedules, blood glucose monitoring guidance, medication adherence checks, and lifestyle follow-up suggestions.
Enhanced the recommendation interface with intuitive reminder indicators and improved visual presentation, making it easier for patients and clinicians to identify important medical actions and maintain long-term health management.
