This pull request bumps dependency versions across multiple Google Cloud Java client libraries in their respective README files. Additionally, it introduces the AssistantServiceClient to the Customer Engagement Suite (CES) library, along with its corresponding stubs, settings, and tests. New RPC methods have been added to AgentService and SessionService, including UpdateAppVersion, StreamChatAiAssistant, CancelAssistantTurn, and GenerateOnboardingSuggestions. Several new data models, such as ActiveTurnInfo, ArtifactChunk, and AgentRegistryDeployment, have also been implemented to support these new assistant features. I have no feedback to provide as there are no review comments.
