Adding a column named
nameto a table with ahostnamecolumn fails as a duplicate. A new column whose name matches a cell value is rejected too.AddColumnsearches the rendered table string instead of the header keys.Check exact header membership. Regression cases cover both false positives, append and indexed insertion, preserved cell values, and rejection of actual duplicate headers.
Validation: both regression cases fail before the fix; all 102 tests pass afterward.
