This node (step 27) covers organisation-level governance for agentic workflows: restricting Copilot access to approved repositories, adding environment protection rules with required reviewers, tightening the permissions block, and using the GHEC/GHES audit log for compliance review.

It extends the advanced enterprise path from step 26 (Manage Costs and AI Credit Budgets) and serves enterprise learners on GHEC and GHES who need to roll out agentic workflows safely across teams.

The node links back to the existing 14-next-steps.md hub so learners can continue exploring other paths after completing the governance step.
