Weird `/fleet` command inject as though it was user sent

Open Copilot App

• Add 3 folders to the promtp, proj1, proj2, proj3
• Prompt create a plan to update readme.md in all three folders in parallel
• Go into plan mode and send
• When prompted select autopilot fleet or implement with fleet
• While the turn is running a /fleet command gets queued as though the user typed that prompt and sent it (see screentshos)

I don't think we should see /fleet as this isn't something that the user sent, its more of an artifact from the agent, perhaps this should be hidden or handled differently (e.g. treated as a system message as opposed to a user message)
