Why the pin needs to change

The originally submitted tag, ocpf-bc-v1.0.1, no longer works correctly against the current repository. That version's start skill fetches the runbook from paths that have since moved:

The full runbook moved into fullVersion/ after v1.0.1 was tagged, so anyone installing that pin gets a 404 when they choose the Full framework. The Lite path still works. ocpf-bc-v2.3.0 fetches the corrected paths, which I've verified resolve.

What else changed between the two versions

• A new companion document, the OCPF Operations Guide. The procedures both runbook editions shared now live in one fetched guide, cited as Ops §. This is why the plugin went to 2.x — a project on the new runbooks needs that companion on disk.
• Corrected guidance on Microsoft's AL code analyzers. The framework previously stated that the AL MCP Server's al_build and al_compile don't apply analyzers. al_compile does, but only with one exact argument shape; every other shape silently returns a clean pass on code carrying analyzer errors. That correction is the most user-visible fix in this release.
• AppSource support (object ID ranges by deployment target, mandatory app.json manifest properties collected at intake), AL rules for upgrade code and events, and automated test execution via al_run_tests.
• Six skills, up from five: start, al-standards, al-mcp-setup, notifications, status, update-framework.
