The only failing check is cargo-semver-check, and I believe the failure is a subtle bug (or misbehavior, or undesired behavior) that causes the check to fail if the most recent version was yanked. The v0.1.0-alpha.2 version was previously published accidentally, so it was yanked. (There was no substantive additions or removals to that release.)

For this reason, rather than fix the one-off CI/CD failure, I'm going to merge this and cut the release!
