Board updates: remove Pierce, Unassigned tasks, new socials calendar

What changes

1. Pierce is removed

• Board: his member entry, chart card, round 1 and round 2 assignments, submissions and social leads.
• Seed data and docs: the starter data, example member file, docs/board-preview.html, roles.ts, .env.example and BOARD_SETUP.md.
• Public Team page: his entry in lib/team.ts, his bio in en.json, and public/team/pierce.jpg. No other language file had him.
• What still names him: only the one-time cleanup in lib/board/setup.ts. It needs his email and first name to find his rows in the live database, and can be deleted once it has run.

2. His tasks

• Daryen gets "Book an RSF court for VINdiBasketball, Sat Oct 17, 2–4pm." Proof: booking confirmation.
• Unassigned group:
  • It holds the three tasks with no owner yet: the RSVP form, the social invites, and keeping the calendar current.
  • It's an admin-only group at the top of the Assignments tab.
  • To assign one, the admin edits the task and picks a person; "Unassigned" is also in the Person dropdown.
  • The server never sends these rows to non-admins.
  • They aren't counted in "X of Y people submitted" or on Home.
  • Nobody can submit work against them, because the submit route only accepts real members.
• Socials editor:
  • The role stays in the config, but nobody holds it now.
  • The docs say to leave BOARD_SOCIALS_PASSWORD unset until Rana names someone. Until then only admin can edit socials.

3. Roles

• The live database gets these roles: Chloe (Outreach Lead · Social Media, leads Outreach), Rami (Research Analyst, Research & Legal), Rana (President · Research Lead, heads Research & Legal) and Ian (Software Lead, leads Software).
• The chart has 20 people and four columns, with no "Unassigned" team and no open seats.

4. Socials

• The calendar is exactly the nine entries Rana listed. Every lead is TBD except Movie Night (Daryen).
• The "UCSC × UCB" type is removed from the filters, the type dropdown, the calendar color and the database. The database now rejects that type.
• Both UCSC × UCB socials and Poker Night are gone from the live database.

5. Intro videos

• Never built. No UI, routes, R2 code, environment variables, docs or video task to remove.

How the live database gets updated

• On the board's first load after deploy, one transaction:
  • deletes Pierce's rows
  • adds Daryen's task and the three Unassigned tasks
  • sets the four roles
  • replaces the socials and updates the socials type check
• The run is recorded in a new board_changes table so it never repeats.
• A fresh install gets the same state from starter-data.json.

Tested locally (production build)

• Copy of the live data (old seed, all 21 members including Pierce, a submission from Pierce, a Poker Night social, and Rami's role changed by hand):
  • 20 members and no Pierce rows anywhere.
  • The four roles are as listed.
  • Daryen has the court task and there are three Unassigned tasks.
  • The socials match the list field by field, and the round 1 archive has 6 rows.
  • The database rejects the old "UCSC × UCB" type.
• Unassigned visibility: the admin's page data includes the tasks, and the member's has neither the tasks nor the word "Unassigned".
• Assigning: editing an Unassigned task's Person to Chloe moves the task to her.
• Second load: the change didn't run again. A social I added after the first run stayed.
• Fresh database: no Pierce, three Unassigned tasks, 9 socials, and only the Berkeley, online and org-date types.
• Rendered pages: neither the admin nor the member page has "Pierce" anywhere.
• tsc, lint and build pass.
