Adds eight new headshots to the UCLA hub's Home page as a second photo row under the existing one. The existing six photos are untouched.

  • New images: public/board/ucla/board-7.webp to board-14.webp, cut out with transparent backgrounds.
  • Second row: shows under the first row, a little smaller (96px tall, 60px on phones) so the headshots match the full-body cutouts above, and wraps on phones.
  • Editor: each photo in "Edit photos" has a "Second row" checkbox, so admins can move photos between rows. The photo limit goes from 12 to 24.
  • Live data: a one-time setup step appends the eight new photos (marked second row) to UCLA's saved photo row. It doesn't touch the existing entries, and it does nothing if they're already there.

Checked: typecheck and lint pass on the changed files; the two rows were checked at desktop and phone width.

Adds eight headshot cutouts (transparent backgrounds) as a second row
under UCLA's existing photo row on Home. The first row is unchanged.

- Photos can be marked "Second row" in the photo editor; the second
row shows a little smaller and wraps on phones.
- A one-time setup step appends the new photos to UCLA's saved photo
row, so nothing already there moves or changes.
- The photo row now allows up to 24 photos.
