Undoes the public-site design changes from 4a03384, f9eecc5, fde5282, 1f10831, 3cb93ce, 968a5bf, 54520f8 (#105) and b7f6fd7 (#96) by restoring the 38feb50 version of each public-site file: pages under app/[locale], redesign.css, redesign-overrides.css, components/sections, lib/fonts.ts, lib/i18n/dictionary.ts, the news images and the dealer map page. Files those commits added (app/minimal.css, lib/rights-laws.ts, PpiSteps.tsx) are removed. Rounded corners, hero overlay cards, the original section order, the Price Is Right preview, game and build timeline, and the original header and dividers are back. Kept: - The typewriter hero from 1f10831/3cb93ce, on the 38feb50 hero with its overlay cards. - en.json is the 38feb50 file plus the non-design edits since: Pierce removed (5a02627), Rizwaan as Strategist (cabbe86), and the plain- language copy rewrite (989eae5) wherever its text still exists. - Everything else unchanged from main: the board hub, lib/brevo.ts, proxy.ts, package files, lib/team.ts, lib/team-rank.ts and the other locale dictionaries. …viders On top of the 38feb50 restore: - Hero: the three floating cards over the photo are gone (the typed heading stays). - The solid offset shadow (the "pop", e.g. 8px 8px 0 #7d2a8b) is removed everywhere on the public site: hero photo, team cards, Instagram cards, project cards, Price Is Right card and steps, social links, contract graphic, dealer map and map embed, along with the hover nudge that went with it. Outlines stay. - Thin gray divider lines are removed: above and below the sources strip, under the plan header, above project details, the APR split and chapter leads, under the research track nav and the map count. Lines that are part of illustrations (phone chat, receipt, contract mockups) and the header's bottom line stay. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

What this does
This restores the public website's look and page content to commit 38feb50, the state just before 4a03384 ("Move sections, remove hero overlay cards, square corners", Oct 5). The one exception is the typed hero, which you asked to keep.
Undone on the public site: 4a03384, f9eecc5, fde5282, 1f10831, 3cb93ce, 968a5bf, 54520f8 (#105) and b7f6fd7 (#96). That brings back:
--radius-card,--radius-btnand--radius-tag)How: this isn't a
git revert, which would also undo board and backend work. Each public-site file is restored to its 38feb50 version:app/[locale]app/redesign.cssandapp/redesign-overrides.csscomponents/sections/**lib/fonts.tsandlib/i18n/dictionary.tspublic/images/news/*andpublic/vindimap/index.htmlscripts/scope-prototype-css.pyFiles those commits added are removed:
app/minimal.css,lib/rights-laws.tsandcomponents/sections/inspection/PpiSteps.tsx. Nothing kept used them. The site header component hadn't changed since 38feb50, so restoring the stylesheets brings the old header back. Also changed after review
8px 8px 0 #7d2a8b) is gone from the hero photo, team cards, Instagram cards, project cards, the Price Is Right card and steps, social links, the contract graphic, and the dealer map and map embed. The hover nudge that went with it is gone too. Outlines stay.So the pages now differ from 38feb50 on purpose in those three ways. The pixel comparison below was run before this round and applies to everything else. A browser check confirms no offset shadows or thin dividers are left on any page at either width (other than the illustration lines above), and there's no sideways scroll.
Kept (not design)
lib/i18n/dictionaries/en.json, which mixed design and non-design edits. It's the 38feb50 file plus the non-design edits made since, merged key by key:app/board,app/api/board,components/board,lib/board,scripts/board-*,public/board, the board docs andBOARD_SETUP.md)lib/brevo.ts,proxy.ts,package.json/pnpm-lock.yaml,.env.example,.gitignorelib/team.ts,lib/team-rank.tsand Pierce's photo staying deletedCompared against a build of 38feb50 (before the review changes above)
I built 38feb50, this branch, and a check-only copy of this branch using 38feb50's
en.json. All 8 pages were screenshotted at 1280px and 390px with reduced motion, then pixel-diffed.On this branch itself, the other differences from 38feb50 are text from the kept copy rewrite. There's no sideways scroll on any page at 390px.
Board: no board file differs from main.
