fix(worker) Add processing_pool tag to client metrics#725

There are several metrics in the client wrappers that do not have `processing_pool` set. Without this we can't build cross-service dashboards easily. The existing dashboards for sentry, have been using the `group` tag, but that tag is not present for non-sentry applications. Refs STREAM-816
