feat(boto3): Add Lambda service extension #8069

Add these attributes to the following operations Invoke, InvokeWithResponseStream, InvokeAsync:

• faas.invoked_name: FunctionName without a qualifier. It can be a name, a partial ARN or a full ARN.
• faas.invoked_provider: aws
• faas.invoked_region: the region in the ARN, otherwise the client's region
• error.type=lambda_function_error, with span status error: when the response has FunctionError

Every other operation with FunctionName gets aws.lambda.target_function.name (FunctionName without a qualifier, e.g. billing:prod => billing); used in span.description (getsentry/sentry-conventions#716)

Create/Get/Update/DeleteEventSourceMapping additionally get aws.lambda.resource_mapping.id which is the request/response UUID.
