Document creating Sentry releases and notifying Sentry of deploys from RWX, mirroring the shape of the CircleCI guide. Covers internal- integration setup, storing credentials in RWX vaults, and an end-to-end run config that builds, deploys, uploads source maps, and records the deploy. Hey folks, this PR adds RWX, a cloud-based CI/CD provider, to the list of other providers in the release management docs, as many of the engineering teams on our platform are also using Sentry. It closely resembles the existing documentation for CircleCI, Jenkins, and Travis CI, and we've documented it on our side as well.
