The dashboard home page used a different layout from the conversation pages. Now the home page keeps the conversation list on the left, and the "What do you need?" composer fills the right pane when no conversation is selected.
On small screens nothing changes: the composer is still stacked above the conversation cards. Both layouts render in one tree, so a draft and its pasted images stay when the window crosses the breakpoint. On home, "New conversation" now focuses the composer and does not navigate.
