WS-2 of the routing-quality effort (spec §4). Opt-in
avoidantEndpointSpread+ per-nodeendpointSpread; fans shared-handle edges into deterministic lanes within the row extent, condensing at high fan-in, row height unchanged. Off === WS-1 baseline (parity test). Full suite green (2886); dist rebuilt. Owner reviews & merges — do not merge or tag.
