Spec drift — proposed reconciliation
Corrected the two-tier gate's default-branch coordination reference to the implemented supersession group.
Edits
specs/adr/0009-fast-trustworthy-verdicts.md— The implementation and recent dispatch commit use counted supersession groups for the two-tier contextful gate; the spec incorrectly called this a serialization group (ADR-0004).
