Splits the DTL portion of the 2026 weekend service adjustments out of the May TEL issue into its own July 10 DTL maintenance issue.

Details

• Narrows 2026-05-22-tel-dtl-weekend-service-adjustments to TEL-only evidence, title, and impact rows.
• Adds 2026-07-10-dtl-weekend-service-adjustments with DTL eastbound and westbound service-hours-adjustment impacts.
• Keeps the CNA source as the basis while aligning issue dates with the actual affected service windows.
