• Fix build_runner run with built_collection 6.x by passing Isolate.spawnUri a plain list of arguments.

• Support shared parts written using BuildStep.librarySourceSink when builders opt in with adds_to_library: true and build_to: source in build.yaml. If a library is missing the part directive for its shared part, build_runner adds it and rebuilds; if the directive is unused because builders ran and contributed nothing, and nothing in the build failed, build_runner removes it and rebuilds. With --only-check it reports the directives to add or remove instead.
• The serve command now rejects non-loopback Host and Origin headers when bound to a loopback interface, and validates them against --hostname when a specific host is given.

• Bug fix: allow calling BuildStep.canRead on outputs written by the same build step.
• Bug fix: run post-process builder on incremental builds when no prior step result exists.
• Bug fix: preserve analyzer dependency information on unhandled build failures, preventing subsequent incremental builds from missing changes to transitively imported files.
• Bug fix: complete the active building future in daemon mode when the build script is updated, preventing asset server requests from hanging.
• Bug fix: write the SDK summary deps file atomically, so a concurrently running build does not read it while it is empty; and rebuild the summary instead of failing if the deps file turns out to be corrupt.
• Bug fix: handle deletions of unread sources during watch, serve, and daemon modes.
• Bug fix: in watch, serve, and daemon modes, do not run a build when nothing changed that can affect any output. A file can be written without changing its content, and one write can produce more than one filesystem event.
• Bug fix: detect duplicate --output directories that are spelled differently, for example build and build/, instead of writing both and silently keeping only the last.
• Bug fix: in watch, serve, and daemon modes, notice a generated file being deleted after a previous build deleted and then rewrote that same file. Previously the delete was mistaken for the build's own earlier delete and ignored, so deleting a generated file no longer forced it to be regenerated.
• Bug fix: in daemon mode, after a builder change keep serving the previous build's outputs until shutdown, instead of returning 404.
