UserQuery and GroupQuery no longer have potentialStarter. Document IdentityService.getPotentialStarterUsers and getPotentialStarterGroups instead.

The userguide still showed UserQuery.potentialStarter and GroupQuery.potentialStarter. Those methods are gone.
I pointed that section at identityService.getPotentialStarterUsers and getPotentialStarterGroups instead.
