Bumps go-flashduty v0.5.2 → v0.5.3: response structs drop ,omitempty so false/0/[]/{} state fields survive in tool output, and the 6 dead /channel/notify/rule/* endpoints are gone. MCP exposes gofd methods explicitly and never had notify-rule tools, so no tool changes — build/vet/test green.
