GitHub's runner image 20261004.327 ships Buildx 0.37.2, which refuses the Dev Containers CLI's Compose build of its generated Dockerfile (devcontainers/cli#1320). Every contract run since then has failed before reaching the checks. The maintainer action at 61980423 installs Buildx 0.37.1 for the dev-container build, so this moves the check's pin there. The image-action pins move only with an image publication.

Everycontractrun since that image, including #79 and #80, has failed before reaching the checks.firstdraft/dockerfiles#20, merged at
61980423, installs Buildx 0.37.1 on the runner's own Docker engine before the dev-container build. Its owncontractrun passed on the failing runner image. This moves the check's pin to that revision, as the maintainer guide asks after a maintainer change.The image-action pins in
devcontainer-image.ymlstay at07174f0b: the maintainer guide moves them only with an image publication.
