Summary

• Clarify that app.METHOD() route paths match complete request paths rather than prefixes.
• Update explicit route method path parameter descriptions to refer to route callbacks and syntax examples.
• Reword the app.use() prefix matching description so it is clearly about mounted middleware.

Fixes #1941.
