Updated 00-var-run.conf to sort before systemd's var.conf and replace /var/run directory.

This is the last service that fails to start on the 2nd boot, others fail to start on 1st boot only. |
Installer builds for 7ad298bDo not use these installers for production systems. They are intended for testing purposes only. They will update to the latest PR build, which will break your install eventually.

Our
tmpfiles.d/var.confhad the same name as systemd's, so it replaced it, and/var/spool,/var/log,/var/cacheand/var/libwere no longer created on a fresh root partition. tmpfiles won't create a directory under a missing parent, sod /var/spool/anacronfailed andanacron.servicefailed on every boot withCan't chdir to /var/spool/anacron.Instead of maintaining an override that needs to carry all of the upstream
var.conf, just override with name ordering and patch the changes we want.L+ /var/runto00-var-run.conf. It sorts before systemd'svar.conf, so it still replaces a/var/rundirectory (Fix var/run symlink #925).d /var/spool/anacronto98-anacron.conf.
