Heuristics added to detect well-known model hosts.
Resource monitoring can consider Environment.CpuUsage.

Immutable, Diagnostics.DiagnosticSource, Formats.Asn1, Text.Json, etc.), and the transitively-updated Microsoft.IdentityModel.*/ System.IdentityModel.Tokens.Jwt family to the versions selected by Dependabot's microsoft-extensions-and-bcl group update, applied consistently across every project in the solution (packages.config, csproj reference/hint path, and the declared assembly version verified against the restored package DLL) so no project is left referencing a stale version of a package another project already requires.
