Removes esbuild. It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies esbuild, @vitejs/plugin-react and vite. These dependencies need to be updated together.

Remove Babel Related Features (#1123)

Vite 8+ can handle React Refresh Transform by Oxc and doesn't need Babel for it. With that, there are no transform applied that requires Babel. To reduce the installation size of this plugin, babel is no longer a dependency of this plugin and the related features are removed.

If you are using Babel, you can use @rolldown/plugin-babel together with this plugin:

Regenerate package-lock.json with complete platform-specific native deps

Dependabot's lock only resolved native binaries (rolldown, lightningcss)
for the platforms it ran on, leaving empty stubs that fail 'npm ci' with
'Invalid Version:' on other OS/arch. Regenerated through the dnceng feed so
all platform variants resolve, and mirrored the natives into the feed.
