do something to create uprades pages in documentation
from one version to another

FOr instance, not only this one :
https://docs.dotkernel.org/api-documentation/v7/upgrading/UPGRADE-7.0/

But also a similar page to upragde from 7.0 to 7.1
and from 7.1 to future 7.2
