Before: a Journey blocked before its first frame showed its dark cover in a short 240px strip, much flatter than the recordings beside it.
After: the cover sits in a 16:9 frame, the same shape as a walked Journey's recording; on narrow screens the 240px floor still keeps the reason and "Hand off to agent" readable.
How: when the stage carries the cover, the empty frame takes the full width and
aspect-ratio: var(--browser-aspect, 16 / 9)instead of only its 240px minimum height.
